Cadillac Station Wagon Mystery

Cadillac Wagon

A Cadillac station wagon? Sure, why not. Several specialty manufacturers have produced wagon versions of luxury and sports cars, including Jaguar, Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce and a few others I can't remember. This one appeared as a tow car at the Thunderhill running of the "24 Hours of LeMons". No, LeMons is not a misspelling. I've no idea what the race is all about except that the competing cars would normally be called clunkers and several blog sites entered teams. Jalopnik is our source for the article, including photos of the winning team and more views of the Caddy Wagon. Or should that be Caddywag? On closer examination it appears to be similar to a Cadillac hearse, perhaps a conversion. Now there's a thought: A 24-hour race for retired hearses. Naw, forget it… they'd probably finish in a dead heat.

  • Caddy wagons are made from regular Cadillacs not Hearses. They are custom built Station Wagons. I own two and love them both.
