Coming: A Classic Gathering of Buick Roadmasters

Buick Roadmaster

This week’s edition of the Hemmings newsletter contains an invitation for owners of classic Buick Roadmasters to participate at next summer’s New England Concours d’Elegance, where the big, beautiful Buicks will take center stage. Hemming’s goal is to have at least one example of every different model, from 1936 through 1970, on display. So if you own a Roadmaster in concours condition or a well-preserved, unrestored original, the folks at Hemmings are interested in knowing about it. The event takes place on Sunday, July 18, at Stratton Resort in southern Vermont. Of course anyone who has visited the Hemmings offices (as I did during a Porsche media drive) will know this is beautiful driving country, reason enough to participate. Simply send photos of your car to rlentinello@hemmings.com, or to Hemmings New England Concours, P.O. Box 100, Bennington, Vermont 05201.
