The weekend of June 20 through June 23, 2008 seems like a long way into the future but already Just Cruzin Productions is encouraging entrants for the 23rd annual Pismo Beach Classic, advertised as "central California's finest seaside classic & street rod car show." With over 100,000 spectators this is obviously a popular and successful event, and what better place to hold a car show than a funky seaside town with a beautiful beach? For example, the aptly named Hot Rod Bar and Grill provides the venue for live entertainment, a charity auction, and great food and drink. Also included in the show is a Cruise Night, when hundreds of cars parade for thousands of spectators lining the streets.
