LA Concours Draws More Than 400 Exceptional Classics

For the second day in a row I'm pleased to link you to Autoblog because it again offers terrific photo coverage of a major concours. The first was at Greenwich on the east coast; now it's Pasadena on the west coast. Autoblog, incidentally, is an outstanding source for new car news with updates several times daily, and their large staff of contributors allows the site to occasionally cover classic car events like this one. The 2nd annual Los Angeles Concours d'Elegance, featuring over 400 classics and 60 specialty and competition vehicles, was held at the historic Rose Bowl and at the adjacent Brookside
Golf Course with its 25 acres of gracious lawns, trees, and fountains. Proceeds went to the non-profit Assistance League of California. You can see Autoblog's huge gallery here. (Love that Riley in the foreground.) Enjoy![photo credit: Frank Filipponio]
