Chrysler

How often have you seen a classic car and wished you could be a passenger? In my case too many times and yet the fantasy was only answered twice; the first in a Model A pickup (where I also got to drive when the owner's prosthetic-equipped leg tired) and the second in a 1913 steamer. If you have a yearning to relive your younger years or, conversely, experience something you're too young to have known, here's your chance to do it by osmosis. Thanks to a link from Keith Martin's Sports Car Market magazine you can connect to a video where the reporter becomes a passenger in a 1941 Chrysler Town & Country Barrel Back Estate Wagon. The commentary on Chrysler's semi-automatic transmission is especially fascinating.
