I feel a little stupid this morning. Dropping in at Ralph's Coffee Shop in Sidney, BC, I spotted a well-worn first edition of a new (to me) magazine called Motor Trend Classic. I'd not seen nor heard of it and already the launch issue was five months old! And what a cornucopia of great writing, superb photos, and fascinating information it turned out to be; printed on quality paper, supported by America's original consumer car magazine. Back at the computer I checked the Web site, knowing that all-too-many car mags never make it past the first corner. (Architectural Digest Motoring, where are you?) Happily, Motor Trend Classic appears to have avoided a spin-and-crash and is alive and well. I plan on subscribing and suggest you might consider doing the same.
